What to Expect in Kickboxing Classes:



This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining self-defense techniques through repetition, drills, and punch-kick combinations. Just show up and get to work on our 10-round kickboxing class for a killer 30-minute workout. No Class Times! We offer continuous, 3-minute rounds of training for the full duration — YOU choose your start time. Need a push? Our instructors will happily guide you for the maximum results in class!


“Core” Burnout

Designed to target your torso, this burnout is a must for anyone looking to sculpt abs and build intense abdominal strength. In only 30 seconds every round, we will hit all the target areas of your abs and back, sending you on the fast track to results!



Aimed to increase flexibility and performance. With individual exercises you will work through any tweaks you have and help avoid bigger injuries. These warmups will yield the safest athletes and help in all subsequent work out routines.



Enjoy the Russian experience with this time efficient and highly effective training program for muscular strength, power, dynamic flexibility, and aerobic conditioning. Recently introduced to the U.S., strength kettlebells mainly emphasize on utilizing your abdominal strength. Unlike dumbbells, a kettlebell’s weight is distributed at one end rather than being even at two ends. Kettlebells are ideal for performing ballistic, whole-body exercises such as cleans, snatches, and their variations. Kettlebells can be used individually or in pairs. Anyone who is healthy enough for strength training can integrate the use of kettlebells into their training regimen.
