Kickboxing (Bag)

This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations.

Kickboxing (30 min)

Just show up and get to work on our 10-station kickboxing circuit for a killer 30-minute workout. No Class Times! We offer continuous, 3-minute rounds of circuit Training for the full duration — you choose your start time. Need a push? Our instructors will guide you for maximum results.

Battling Ropes


Battling Ropes use the principle of sustained velocity (the combination of strength and speed) to keep muscles under continuous load during both the adduction and abduction phases of exercise.

Although it should be no surprise that Battling Ropes will strengthen your shoulders, arms, chest, and back . . . you may be surprised at how much it strengthens your core. Battling Ropes require you to maintain core stabilization throughout the exercise.

Battling Ropes are appropriate for people at all levels of physical fitness. You choose the intensity level of your workout.

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Hard “Core” Burnout


Designed to target your torso, this killer class is a must for anyone looking to sculpt abs and build intense core strength. In only 45 minutes we will hit all the target areas of your abs and back, sending you on the fast track to results! Aimed to increase flexibility and performance. With both individual and partner exercises you will work through any tweaks you have and help avoid bigger injuries. This class will yield the safest athletes and help in all subsequent work out routines.



Enjoy the Russian experience with this time efficient and highly effective training program for muscular strength, power, dynamic flexibility, and aerobic conditioning. Recently introduced to the U.S., strength KettleBell mainly emphasizes on utilizing your core strength. Unlike dumbbells, a KettleBell weight is distributed at one end rather than being even at two ends. KettleBells are ideal for performing ballistic, whole-body exercises such as cleans, snatches, and their variations. KettleBells can be used individually or in pairs. Anyone who is healthy enough for strength training can integrate the use of KettleBells into their training regimen. YOGA ISN’T JUST FOR SOUL SEARCHING! IT CAN BE A GAME CHANGER IN YOUR LIFE AND IT DOESN’T MATTER IF YOUR AN OFFICE WORKER OR AN ATHLETE.  Yoga is great for your back and will get you looking lean as well. You will leave this class feeling strong while having gained better posture and mobility.
